Interim Facility for DHS - U.S. Coast Guard This $9.2M project include some design build aspects and on a fast track. We brought all needed infrastructure to a virgin 16.2 acre site, all piling, foundation, parking, roadway and mechanical and electrical work into the site. This project was completed March 2007.

Dykon Computer Help Center, Inc. Office Building This design/build effort was successfully completed within schedule, unfortunately the client could not enjoy it for more than 3 months before the Hurricane Katrina descended on New Orleans. Of signal notice and citation is that not a single sheet of metal roof panel, wall system was lost during the storm. Only the interior had water damage like most facilities in New Orleans.

Building 101 Waterproofing Project Building 101 is approximately 50,000 SF consisting of largely an industrial use with incidental multiple uses. Project Scope includes but not limited to furnishing all material, labor and equipment to remove and replace all man doors with storm shutters, shop roll up doors, blocking of some windows providing lighting to unused attic space, replacing steel windows with accordion shutters, relocating HVAC package unit to existing roof, electrical,lead abatement, exterior building surface pressure cleaning, sealing, priming and painting, new awning installation and replacing of steel post and railing and removing and replacing the US Coast Guard signs.

FEMA Travel Trailer Haul & Install After the storm, Shaw hired Gee Cee to haul and install travel trailers, the scope included hauling, blocking and leveling, electrical, plumbing. We performed the work within 90 days with minimal call backs.

Greater St. Stephen Church This Contemporary Worship Center was constructed from ground up to accommodate not only all the worship services of the growing congregation, but their extensive music and drama ministries as well.

Hubbard Bed & Breakfast This Greek Revival House was constructed from ground up with four columns in front and rear is filled with generational wonders and Victorian antiques. It also features a Carriage House Executive Apartments which is a haven for guest. This House and Carriage apartments are constructed of piles and giant grade beams, wood stud walls, exquisite wood dentil moldings, 12 feet ceiling height, wood floors, spiral stairs, brick and EIFS exterior. Fully sprinkled, fire alarm system and all items necessarily accustomed with commercial hotel construction.

Structural Demo, Debris Removal & Site Cleanup Work Job consists of decommisioning of structures, Selective Salvage, for historical preservation, demolition and site cleanup of 71 residential structures in the Orleans Parish area. Contract completed in 30 days

Scour Repairs at Lake Front Airport - New Orleans, LA Repair scours at the lakefront airport and slope paving. This project includes removal and clearing of dirt, excavation, placement of semi-compacted and compacted fill, concrete, fertilizing and seeding.

Renovation to 1F Rooms at the VA Medical Center This project was two months ahead of schedule before the storm. We demolished all lobby spaces in the first floor 1F quadrant of the hospital and turned them into 11 new exam rooms with other support areas. As a result of the storm, the phase 3 was terminated for the convenience of the government.

Renovations to the MSST Building This $615,000 project was started before Katrina and almost 80% complete. After the storm, we were able to return to the site as the facility was now much needed. We returned to the site on September 8, 2005, stayed on the base and completed the project for the owner use.

Misc. Repairs to COMMSTA - Clearing & Grubbing As a result of the hurricane, so many damages were done to the Coast Guard Facilities and with fallen trees and damages to roofs and fences. The Coast Guard contracted with us to make these repairs and was completed on schedule to their satisfaction.
